The bride and groom, immediate family, and wedding party will be at the Villa from Tuesday, 3/26 through Sunday, 3/31.
- Guests should first fly into Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO) in San Jose
- A 20 minute flight or a 2.5 to 3-hour shuttle is needed to transport you from the airport to the wedding destination in Manuel Antonio.
- Quepos La Managua Airport (XQP) is minutes away from the wedding accommodations and domestic flights are available daily to avoid the drive from SJO. It is a 7-min walk from the SJO airport.
- High season prices run anywhere from $75 to $140, one-way. Fare depends on luggage weight and size. Please make sure you understand the baggage fees before you travel.

The Falls Resort is the only hotel in Manuel Antonio to boast a tranquil garden and waterfall setting. They have a great restaurant onsite and a nice area for sunning by the pool. You’ll see lots of butterflies and hummingbirds in their gardens and often the monkeys can be seen overhead in the trees. It is within walking distance to various restaurants and shops as well.

Arenas del Mar is one of the few hotels with direct beach access in Manuel Antonio. You will be met with a golf cart and taken from the parking lot to reception.
They offer ocean view, jungle view, garden view and beachfront rooms to choose from. There are 2 pools, 2 restaurants on site, 1 beachfront and a spa onsite.

The Parador Resort and Spa is one of the largest properties in Manuel Antonio. Perched out on Quepos Point, there are 4 different buildings with rooms to choose from. There is an adult only pool, family pool with pool bar, tennis courts, restaurant, lounge.

Makanda is the most luxurious hotel Manuel Antonio has to offer. This hotel has spacious suites starting at 860 square ft and go up from there. They have suites with private pools, ocean views, on-site restaurant and amazing spa. You can also get to the beach from the hotel.
This is an adult only property, no children under 16 allowed. Makanda is 0.5 miles from Punto de Vista.

Tucked away on the hillside of Manuel Antonio, Shana by the Beach offers rooms with ocean view or jungle views.
This hotel is decorate Mediterrean style with modern, rooms, some with kitchenettes. There is a large pool and restaurant on-site. As well a private nature path to Playa Biesanz.
It is located 0.75 miles from Puntode Vista.

They offer a variety of rooms at great prices. Their rooms are rustic but spacious. They have 3 restaurants including El Wagon (The Train) and El Avion (The Plane). Guests can also choose to stay in their Adult Only building or lounge at the adult only pool while overlooking the Pacific Ocean or maybe stay in a 747!
Costa Verde is 1.5miles from Punto de Vista.

1. Villa La Vista -
This villa is very close to Punto de Vista, and takes minutes to walk between the properties. It can be rented in a 2 Bedroom or 3 bedroom configuration. Full bathrooms are in each room, on the 2 BR apartment there is 1 King size bed and 1 Full size bed + 1 Queen size sofa bed, and sleeps up to 6 people. The other room has 1 Queen size bed.
Minimum length of stay 3 days.

2. Jungle Roost Villa -
Jungle Roost Villa is tucked away in the jungle in Manuel Antonio. It is located on a steep 4x4 road only. It is a 14 minute walk to Punto de Vista or a 3 minute drive.
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. While maybe not quite as luxurious as some of the others listed here, it’s a popular choice due to being surrounded by the rainforest and lots of monkeys and animals. This villa can sleep 6 people.

3. Mi Casa es Su Casa-
Mi Casa es Su Casa is located in Manuel Antonio only a 10 minute walk to the beach. While not a luxury villa, it’s a 5 minute walk to Punto de Vista and the beach.
The main house has 4 beds, 5 baths, a terrace and swimming pool. The apartment (Casita) below has 1 bedroom, small living area, terrace and jacuzzi size pool. In order to have the entire villa to yourselves, you need to rent both the main house and apartment. This villa can accommodate up to 10 people plus 2 in the apartment.
4. Casa Playitas -
Casa Playitas is a brand new luxury villa located in Manuel Antonio, is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 8 minute walk to Punto de Vista.
This 2 level home has 5 bedrooms with 5 baths. It’s impressive terraces and a pool provide a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean. This villa can accommodate up to 12 people.
5. Vista Hermosa Estate -
Vista Hermosa literally means beautiful view in English. This is exactly what this villa offers you along with your own pathway to the beach. It is 0.25 miles (500m) from Villa Punto de Vista (walkable but on a steep hill, so it'll be a workout).
This villa has 8 bedrooms with en-suites and an optional 9th room. There is a yoga deck, infinity pool and unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean. This villa can accommodate up to 24 people.
NOTE* This villa does not allow outside visitors to hang out so if you are looking for a villa for outside guests to come and spend the day with you, this is not the best choice.
6. Casa Diamante -
Casa Diamante is located in Manuel Antonio, 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to Punto de Vista.
With gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean and rainforest, this villa offers 7 bedrooms, 9 beds and 8 baths. This is a solid choice, not super luxurious but spacious, clean and lots of space. It can sleep up to 14 people.
7. Villa Costa Vida -
Villa Costa Vida is one of the new luxury villas. Great views, open aired and walking distance to the beach. It is an 11 minute walk to Punto de Vista.
This villa has 9 bedrooms (7 with ensuites) and 11 bathrooms. They have a games room and projector screen for movie nights along with an infinity pool. This villa can sleep up to 28 guests.
8. Casa Elsa -
Casa Elsa is an open concept villa designed by a pair of artists overlooking the jungle and partial ocean view. It is a 15 minute walk to Punto de Vista.
This villa has 4 bedrooms 5 baths over 3 floors. These are the only doors in the house. This villa can accommodate 8-12 guests. No children under 12 years old.
9. Tulemar Gardens -
Tulemar Gardens is a gated community with different villas to rent. If you are looking for a party villa or where guests can come visit, this is not the place for you. They have strict rules about who can enter the community and no noise after 10pm.
This aside, it’s one of the favorite locations in Manuel Antonio. Tulemar Garden is located 1 mile (1.5km) from Punto de Vista. They offer shuttle service inside the property, food and beverage service on the beach. Sun loungers, boogie boards, kayaks are available on their secluded beach.
10. Casa Espanola -
Casa Espanola just underwent a major renovation in fall 2020. Located in the heart of Manuel Antonio on Pacific Canyon Drive, this villa boasts gorgeous views and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. It is about 1 mile from Punto de Vista.
This villa has 6 Master Suites, 2 bedrooms with 13 King beds. This villa can sleep 26 people.
There are so many Airbnb options, it’s impossible to list them all. If you prefer to book via Airbnb, make sure that the villa is located in Manuel Antonio with the host before booking. Many options on Airbnb say that they are located in Manuel Antonio but could be 20 - 30 minutes from out. Please check with us and we will confirm that your selected location is in a good location. Included are a few options close to Punto de Vista.
1. Bali Treehouse -
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Nestled in the jungle with a private pool, jacuzzi and terraces make it perfect for watching wildlife. Maid service every 2nd day except Sunday and holidays is included.
**NOTE** There are stairs down to the villa.
2. Sal y Sol -
It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Nestled in the jungle with a plunge pool and terraces make it perfect for wildlife watching. Please note that there is the master is located inside the main house. Access to bedrooms 2 + 3 are via stairwell with a Jack and Jill bathroom.
**NOTE** There are stairs down to the villa. They do not recommend for children under 10. However, keep in mind that bedroom 2 + 3 open to the outside.
